1st, the customer service was fast and friendly. They responded to my voicemail within 24 hours. After the price was negotiated, they were able to come out and the very next day. They remove my fence and awning in less than 2 hours. They were also very respectful of my property, nothing in my backyard was damaged. I would recommend.

I had water in basement due to heavy rains and a failed sump. I called on the recommendation of a friend and dealt with Paula who was very pleasant and gave me an immediate ACCURATE quote of the cost (which did not change). The workers showed up on time were pleasant, clean and efficient. 2 trailers full of wet carpet which they tore up, furniture, boxes. bags, etc. It was a full day for 2 young men but they moved quickly. They even moved some items upstairs into other rooms. I HIGHLY recommend and would definitely use again if needed.

Highly recommend – from start to finish. Sent an email asking for a quote, got a fast reply, tentative pickup dates to choose from and a time set and kept. I would call them again. I had two items to discard; they knew right away it was a half/truck load and gave a firm price.
